The rooms at Quality Inn & Suites Salem Near I-57 were brand-new and immaculate. They were also very spacious, and we found great prices for our stay. We especially loved the rooms with a jacuzzi. The hotel's restaurant was conveniently located within a 10-15 minutes walk.

The hotel provides coffee, toast, cereal and hot waffles for breakfast, the food is GREAT. Overall the room is immaculate, recently renovated and includes a writing desk and an iron.

I really enjoyed the room with jacuzzi, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everywhere there was fairly clean, the staff were exceptionally nice and very courteous people with generally good service and friendly staff.

The exterior & hallways were very rough/dirty under construction...just really messy - I was afraid to see room - but was pleasantly surprised with nice room.

The breakfast was a bit dissatisfying, but overall the stay was awesome. Staff was accommodating and offered us an upgrade at no charge. The pool was a hit for the kids. We particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and ample parking space. , we were close to the major shopping centre and family restaurant.

Inside, the hotel has a very tired look - sort of gives off a "hotel of the 90s" atmosphere. Also the hallway smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The deadbolt on my room door did not lock, though the door did latch close and I could set the intrusion latch at the top.
